Central heating module for MaggiorDOMO® systems

XCM-MCT-100 allows the connection of a MaggiorDOMO® system to the heating plant in order to optimize the use of energy and achieve greater savings. The module provides a maximum of seven clean contacts that can be combined with the pumps of the same number of control unit circuits. As soon as an apartment connected to a circuit requires heat, the relative contact closes allowing the activation of the relative circuit pump combined with it. The module also provides a value proportional to the heat demand of the periphery (via 0-10V and 4-20mA signals), allowing the control unit that governs the central unit to deliver energy in proportion to the actual demand.

The flow temperature acquisition function allows to interrupt the metering if the flow falls below a threshold. The threshold can also be set remotely.

XCM-MTC-100 provides a contact that can be connected to the calendar of the MaggiorDOMO® system so as to manage the times of the central unit remotely, or acquires a contact provided by the central clock that informs the system of the operation of the central unit, so as to ensure the correct metering of the heat in the periphery.
