Functional diagram (PNG) Legend Indications on reading the diagram
The local reading of an energy tax meter allows you to count the active and reactive electricity, collected or fed in and by tariff band. The objective is to verify if there are problems at the plant with the simultaneous request for penalties by the electricity distributor and is a first step towards planning a project to reduce energy costs.
This functional diagram describes Kerberos's proposal, using a wireless pulse counter, KET-MES-200, which connects directly to the ES (Emission of Signals) interface of the energy tax meter. For Enabled Virtual Units, the KET-MES-666, a wireless pulse counter with signal repeater, represents the most suitable solution. Both devices send data via radio to the KET-GZE-220 gateway set up in the QM122 Communication Panel.
QM122 - Communication Panel
The Communication Panel is a switchboard with 12 DIN modules IP65, consisting of the router KET-MUM-100 that ensures connection even in the absence of a local area network and the gateway KET-GZE-220 that in addition to sending data to external platforms (such as X-Platform), has an internal SD memory that allows you to store data for long periods and a radio module X-MP.
Kerberos offers as additional services the preconfiguration of devices for easy and fast installation, SIM for annual data traffic at very attractive prices and the X-Platform Easy platform for data acquisition and visualization, configurable to your needs.
KET-MES-200
It is a wireless pulse counter compatible with Signal Emission Boards (ES), equipped with 6 digital inputs for clean contacts: 2 for active and reactive energy withdrawn; 2 for active and reactive energy input; 2 for tariff ranges. Thanks to the radio module with X-MP protocol, which can reach distances of over 1000 m in free air, it sends the data directly to the KET-GZE-220 gateway, the internal memory preserves the data even in the absence of power. It can be supplied pre-configured and inserted in the electrical panel (panel 1).
KET-MES-666 (alternative option)
In addition to having 6 digital inputs, such as the KET-MES-200, it has 6 digital outputs for signal repetition, also allows the insertion of factors K and C for the withdrawal counter and for the feed-in counter, in this way it calculates in real time the kWh of active and reactive energy and the instantaneous powers for each counter. Thanks to these features, to the versatility of power supply and mounting, the internal memory, the X-MP radio module for sending data to the gateway, make it the ideal device for monitoring UVAC, UVAP and UVAM systems for the MSD.
It can be supplied pre-configured and inserted in the electrical panel (Panel 1).
