More efficient and sustainable lighting of workplaces is becoming an increasingly urgent necessity for companies, not only with the aim of reducing energy costs, but above all for the comfort and visual performance and safety of workers as established by the UNI EN 12464-1 standard "Light and lighting - Lighting of workplaces - Part 1: Indoor workplaces". It has been found that a comfortable working environment increases the productivity of workers.
To this end, more and more companies are introducing high-efficiency LED lighting systems, followed by the installation of automatic light switch-off systems and automatic light flow control systems.
This scheme describes Kerberos's proposal to control the lighting of a work environment by means of wireless devices, KET-DIM-100, which allow the automatic adjustment of several or individual lights.
The use of the KET-GZE-360, a gateway with BMS functions, serves to support the management of complex scenarios, while the ModBUS KET-PLC-200 logic controller allows the management of contactors.
It is an advanced gateway with BMS functions for the management of building automation scenarios. It incorporates a ModBUS TCP/IP server that allows the connection of the X-Monitor network to SCADA systems, programmable logic (PLC) and human-machine interfaces (HMI systems and displays). Master ModBUS function for up to 32 slave profiles and datalogger with data recording capacity for periods longer than 3 months. It is also equipped with Ethernet interface, 3G/4G/NB-IoT/LTE-M modem, Wi-Fi and radio module.
Kerberos offers as additional services the preconfiguration and pre-insertion in the electrical panel (Panel 1) of the devices for an easy and fast installation, the development of dedicated logics according to the needs of the customer, SIM for data traffic at an annual fee at very advantageous prices and the X-Platform Easy platform for data acquisition and visualization, configurable to your needs.
Its RS485 interface allows it to act both as a ModBUS Slave for receiving commands from the KET-GZE-360 for managing scenarios and as a ModBUS Master for managing the KET-PLC-200 for controlling contactors. Thanks to the radio module with X-Monitor Protocol (X-MP) it repeats the command signal to the KET-DIM-100.
It can be supplied pre-configured and inserted in the electrical panel (Panel 1).
It is a logic controller, thanks to the considerable number of inputs and outputs, allows you to create a flexible, modular and expandable network of control devices. It uses 4 ModBUS Slave profiles and therefore a maximum of 8 profiles can be connected for each ModBUS Master. It can be supplied pre-configured and inserted in the electrical panel. (Panel 1).
It is an analog wireless control module that allows the remote control of luminaires equipped with a 0-10 V control input. It can be supplied pre-configured.
KET-RMB-210.S / KET-RMB-220 (optional)
For medium/long distances or in the presence of structural obstacles (see "Advice on how to install radio devices"), Kerberos has wireless repeater with extended radio range in X-MP that can reach distances of more than 1000 m in free air: the KET-RMB-210.S is pre-inserted in the switchboard with IP65 degree of protection, while the KET-RMB-220 for wall mounting. They can be supplied pre-configured.
