Reading Power Meter with Rogowski
This diagram shows Kerberos's solution for monitoring electrical energy using Rogowski type sensors, with a reduced size and cost compared to normal openable current transformers.

Among the most common needs of a company is the monitoring of general electricity consumption and/or for each individual production line, not only to comply with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 102/14 for energy-intensive companies, but especially with the aim of optimizing consumption, reducing waste and improving the performance of the entire production cycle.
This functional diagram describes Kerberos's proposal for monitoring electrical energy using alternating current sensors such as Rogowski, KET-RSR-400, for greater flexibility in installation and reduced costs compared to normal openable current transformers, and the KET-PMT-310 power meter that sends data via the RS485 port to the KET-RMB-211 ModBUS Master, if the monitoring point is remote, or directly to the Communication Panel, if the monitoring point is local.
QM122 - Communication Panel
The Communication Panel is a switchboard with 12 DIN IP65 modules, composed of the KET-MUM-100 router that guarantees connection even in the absence of a local network and the KET-GZE-220 gateway that in addition to sending data to external platforms (such as X-Platform), has an internal SD memory that allows you to store data for long periods and an X-MP radio module.
Kerberos offers as additional services the preconfiguration of devices for easy and fast installation, SIM for annual data traffic at very attractive prices and the X-Platform Easy platform for data acquisition and visualization, configurable to your needs.
KET-RMB-211
It is a device with ModBUS Master function up to 32 slave profiles for the acquisition of the measurement from the Power Meter. It is equipped with a radio module with X-Monitor Protocol (X-MP) for sending data directly to the KET-GZE-220 gateway. The high sensitivity of its radio module allows to reach distances over 1000 m in free air, reducing the number of repeaters where necessary. It can be supplied pre-configured and inserted in the electrical panel (panel 1).
KET-PMT-310
It is a self-powered Rogowski coil power meter with display, for panel or DIN rail mounting thanks to the practical mounting system. In addition to energy, the instrument measures the main electrical parameters and makes them available on the integrated RS485 port. It uses 7 ModBUS Slave profiles and therefore up to 4 profiles can be connected for each ModBUS KET-RMB-211 Master. It can be supplied pre-configured and inserted in the electrical panel (Panel 1).
KET-RSR-400
They are Rogowski coil sensors that allow to measure currents up to 4000 A. Each sensor is individually wound in a high-precision numerical control process. Class 1 calibration is obtained by construction, without calibration resistance.
