The calculation of the flow of vehicles or people can depend on various needs: for commercial / marketing purposes, such as in supermarkets; for road safety or in those environments such as public places, squares, bridges, etc..; functional as in public transport; or simply for statistics.
This functional scheme describes Kerberos's proposal for counting vehicles or people, applicable where there are devices that detect presence (e.g. photocells). The KET-DMX-610 and the KET-DMX-666 are devices with 6 digital inputs with signal repeater for clean contact with pulse counter function or they can be set as hour counter or with alarm function. The KET-GZE-310 gateway allows the management, locally with RS485 interface, of the KET-DMX-610 and, remotely via wireless, of the KET-RMB-210 repeater or directly of the KET-DMX-666, and makes available the display of data on external platforms, such as X-Platform Easy.
KET-GZE-310
It is an advanced gateway with an Ethernet interface, Wi-Fi and 3G/4G/NB-IoT/LTE-M modem for viewing data on external platforms. ModBUS Master function for up to 32 slave profiles for local management of the KET-DMX-610. In addition, it is equipped with a radio module with X-Monitor Protocol (X-MP), which can reach distances of over 1000 m in free air, for the management of the KET-RMB-210 or directly of the KET-DMX-666. Internal memory with data recording capacity for periods longer than 3 months.
Kerberos offers as additional services the preconfiguration and pre-insertion of the devices in the electrical panel (Panel 1) for easy and fast installation, the development of dedicated logics based on customer needs, SIM for annual data traffic at very advantageous prices and the X-Platform Easy platform for data acquisition and visualization, configurable to your needs.
KET-DMX-610
It is a ModBUS device equipped with 6 digital inputs with freely configurable signal repeater, it allows to count the pulses from the presence detection devices. It uses 4 ModBUS Slave profiles and therefore up to 8 profiles can be connected for each ModBUS Master. It can be supplied pre-configured and inserted in the electrical panel (Panel 1).
KET-DMX-666
With the same features as the KET-DMX-610, but instead of a ModBUS interface, it is equipped with a radio module with X-Monitor Protocol (X-MP). With the support of the repeater KET-RMB-210 allows you to remotely manage multiple presence detectors, using a single gateway. It can be supplied pre-configured and inserted in the electrical panel (Panel 2).
KET-RMB-210
Due to structural obstacles (see "Advice on installing radio devices"), it may be necessary to install a KET-RMB-210 repeater in the same enclosure as the KET-DMX-666 (Panel 2) or in a single enclosure (see KET-RMB-210.S). It can be supplied pre-configured and inserted in the electrical panel.
