The KET-MFV-108 is a power meter that measures the current of each string, carried out by 8 Hall effect magnetic current collectors, embedded in the module structure.
They are temperature compensated and linearized, they allow sequential measurement of the current passing through the connection cables of the 8 strings provided for each unit.
A processor manages the communication between the sensors and the data transmission via RS485 to the ModBUS Master KET-RMB-211 or directly to the X-Monitor gateway.
The sensors are bidirectional and allow "reverse current" signalling in field systems with strings connected in parallel without anti-reversal diodes.
The simple through-wire construction allows easy installation and protects against the risk of overvoltage failure in the field (fault panels, interrupted wiring, lightning strikes, etc.).
